friday nite: went to TAS to see a midsummer night's dream. glad that i read the play a few weeks ago, so that i can follow it more or less. the farce in the middle was hilarious. shakespeare is entertaining.
sat.: drumming in the morning, which made my arms sore like hell. went to dale's place in the afternoon, lots of nonsense talks with friends, which is the perfect way of passing a saturday afternoon. the night was on the other hand memorable in its own way. i vaguely remembered that dear yinyin was a DJ for yes933 a few years ago. interesting episode of life.
sun.: i did my own haircut, and it turned out to be,...dorky. luckily the tap session saved the day. read a bufalino book at ginger's place. want to read more next time. today's class is about adjusting the way of doing shuffle, flap, etc. knowing the shifting of weight. it's always easier to understand the theory then actually correct the old vices. so you'll have to try harder. also, tap with the melody and tap with the rhythm can be very different. impossible is nothing. com'on!
