A long walk after midnight

It's been fascinating walking after midnight around town.  Being mildly influenced by the previous drinking and dancing session at my favorite bar, I opened up all my senses and absorbed the flavour of the night like a sponge.   The scents, the sounds the. Sights and the gentle touch of the breeze all swerved in, and I almost skipped all the way home with joy.
